I like the variety of exercises we are exposed to during our different workout sessions. I particularly like that trainers are there and can correct my format, both when I need to modify, and times when I don’t have position of weights or my body quite right. It helps me to get the most out of each session.

There are many things that make East Coast Women's Fitness/Scituate a unique place to get fit….even for people like me who are not huge fans of strength training. Most importantly, the staff is supportive, knowledgeable, accommodating and willing to differentiate workouts and nutrition plans based on individual abilities, preferences and injuries! The other members are also encouraging and willing to share ideas and resources. The facility is convenient, clean and non judgmental. Take a chance and check it out, you will be glad you did!

I love so many things about East Coast Women's Fitness. I love the results. Not only have I lost weight but I feel stronger and healthier and better about myself. I love the atmosphere. The trainers are the best! I don’t worry about getting hurt because they are paying close attention to my weights and form. Plus the other women working out are very supportive and friendly.

I am a long-term client at East Coast Women's Fitness in Scituate and took a hiatus during Covid. I returned this year, and I am so glad to be back! There are four elements to the program which make it unique and successful: nutrition, strength training, cardiovascular work, and accountability. Strength training is my favorite element! The trainers are thoughtful in providing the best weight training program specifically designed for you. They push you to the limits while making the workouts fun and never repetitive. Most important to me, the trainers hold you accountable, which means you always have your eye on your goals and empowered to keep with the program. The entire team at East Coast Women's Fitness is great and they truly care for me

Last year my life was interrupted with 4 surgeries and a 6 month healing process. At the end of this time I was so weak, I couldn’t walk to get my mail. I had seen the on line ads about East Coast Women's Fitness, I made an appointment with Nikki who explained the 4 step program to me. I told her about my challenges and she explained that the work out would be personalized and modified to accommodate my abilities. I also liked the fact that it is a small gym. I work out with Trish and Nikki and after 6 months I have gotten so much stronger and my stamina is back so that I can keep up with my 6 and 4 year old granddaughters. I love the professionalism of Nikki and the program, I have gotten to know the other women I work out with and enjoy the banter, and Trish is a dream in a black work out ensemble.
